How can I create an account for purchase?
As we are a wholesale distributor, only corporate customers within Canada can create an account. Please register the necessary information through our wholesale application form available the following page.
Why can't I access the Wholesale store?
As a wholesale distributor, we only allow corporate customers within Canada to create accounts, meaning individual customers cannot make purchases directly from our site.
However, you can still enjoy our ceremonial matcha, "Niju," by purchasing it from our retail partners at the following stores.

How long do the teas and matcha last?
Our teas typically stay fresh for 1-2 years, while matcha can last about 6-12 months if stored properly. To prevent oxidation, store them in airtight containers in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is highly recommended.
Is there any sugar in your tea?
There is no sugar in our tea.
Do you offer any caffeine-free options?
All our teas contain caffeine. However, for a low-caffeine option that can be enjoyed before bedtime, we recommend the following products:
- Genmai Green Tea and Hojicha (loose leaf) have less caffeine compared to other teas.
- Hojicha powder contains more caffeine than the loose-leaf version but less caffeine compared to Matcha.
Are your teas organic?
We offer both organic and non-organic products. Our organic options are certified under the Japanese Organic Standard and the Canadian Organic Standard.

How many cups of Matcha can I brew from the 1kg?
The number of cups you can brew from 1kg of matcha depends on the type of drink you’re making, but approximately 250 cups can be prepared (using about 4g per cup).
How many cups can I brew from the 1kg loose leaf tea?
With approximately 2.5g (one spoonful) of tea leaves per cup, you can brew about 400 cups from 1kg of loose leaf tea.

Can I bake or cook with Ceremonial Grade Matcha?
We recommend Cooking grade Matcha for your baking or cooking purposes. However, of course you can also enjoy Ceremonial Grade Matcha for baking as well.

What's the difference between regular and organic tea?
Organic tea is grown without the use of prohibited pesticides or chemical fertilizers. It is cultivated with consideration for natural ecosystems and follows methods that align with nature’s processes, unlike regular tea which may use synthetic chemicals and fertilizers.
