AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Welcome to Hokusan Trade Canada Corp, doing business as Hokusan Tea Canada ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We are registered in Canada, with our office located at 215 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5V 0P5.

We operate the website https://hokusan.ca/ (the "Site"), and provide related products and services that reference or link to these terms (the "Legal Terms"). Collectively, we refer to these as the "Services."

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hokusan Trade Canada Corp concerning your access to and use of the Services. Supplemental terms or documents may be added to these Legal Terms over time. We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Legal Terms.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

5. PRODUCTS

We strive to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of products accurately. However, we do not guarantee their accuracy, and your electronic display may not reflect the actual colors and details. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee items will be in stock. Prices for products may change at any time, and we reserve the right to discontinue any products without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including those that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to submit any disputes related to these Legal Terms or the legal relationship established by them to the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts. Hokusan Trade Canada Corp also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or, if applicable, in the state where your principal place of business is located.

There may be information on our Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other details. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update the information on our Services at any time without prior notice.

19. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use of them. If any part of these Legal Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You waive any defenses based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms and the lack of signing by the parties.
