🍵Fukamushi Tea
- Fill teacups with hot water up to 80% and let it cool down (70°C- 90°C). For one serving, use 80 ml of hot water.
- Put tea leaves into a teapot. Use 10 grams of tea leaves for 5 people (about 2 tablespoons).
*For fewer people, use a bit more tea leaves. - Pour the cooled water into the teapot and wait for about 30 seconds for the tea to infuse.
- Pour the tea evenly into each cup, ensuring there is no difference in strength, and pour until the last drop. The ideal temperature for enjoying the tea is around 50-65°C.
*Note: For the second infusion, wait 10 seconds after pouring the hot water into the teapot.
🍵Hojicha/Genmai Green Tea

Put tea leaves into a teapot. Use 15 grams of tea leaves for 5 people (about 2-3 tablespoons).

Use approximately 130 ml of hot water per person. Pour hot water into the teapot and wait for the tea to infuse. Infusion time with boiling water is about 30 seconds.

Pour the tea evenly into each cup, ensuring there is no difference in strength, and pour until the last drop.
*Note: For the second infusion, pour hotter water into the teapot than for the first infusion, wait a moment, and then pour into the cups. For the second infusion, you can pour immediately after adding the hot water.
