Shipping policy

Shipping Days:

At Hokusan Tea Canada, we ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday, excluding holidays, to ensure your tea arrives promptly. 

Flat Rate Shipping: 

Enjoy a flat fee of $20 (+tax) on all orders shipped within Canada. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping!

Processing Time: 

Orders placed by 5 PM EST on Monday and Wednesday will be shipped the following Tuesday and Thursday, respectively. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next shipping day.

Delivery Time: 

Expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days in Toronto and up to 7 business days across Canada. While we strive for prompt delivery, please note that shipping partners handle the final leg of the journey. Track your order and contact them directly for any delays. Need your matcha urgently? Ask about our Uber courier option!

Pick-up Option:

Local to Toronto? You can also pick up your order at our warehouse office located at 145 Eastern Avenue, Toronto, ON M5A 1H7. We'll notify you when it's ready, and same-day pickup is available upon notification.
