How to Serve Matcha/Hojicha powder?

Making a delicious cup of Matcha or Roasted Matcha(Hojicha) at home is simple!
Here’s how you can prepare both drinks 🍵
1. Warm the matcha bowl by adding hot water, and use the hot water to warm the tips of the bamboo whisk by stirring it in the bowl.
2. Pour out the hot water and wipe the bowl with a cloth. Then, add matcha powder or roasted matcha powder using a chashaku(bamboo scoop) to the bowl.
*If you don't have a chashaku, you can use a teaspoon instead.
3. Hold the bowl firmly with one hand, and use the other hand to whisk the matcha by moving the bamboo whisk back and forth in small motions.
4. Finally, give the matcha a final whisk by making a circular motion inside the bowl, then lift the whisk straight up from the center.
