While Roasted Matcha(Hojicha Powder) is typically made by grinding hojicha that is intended for brewing as a beverage, our Uji Kyoto Roasted Matcha is specifically designed as an ingredient for confectionery or latte use. We have adjusted the roasting level to be stronger, taking into consideration its compatibility with baking and milk.
