Changes to Online Store Access
Thank you for choosing Hokusan Tea Canada for your tea needs and for your continued support.
We wish to inform you of an important update regarding our online store. Starting August 1st, purchases on our online store will require a Wholesale account. As a result, customers who do not have an account will no longer be able to make purchases. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We have sent account activation invitations to all clients who are associated with cafes or restaurants and for whom we have contact information. Please check your email inbox for the activation email.
To ensure you have the opportunity to purchase any products before this change takes effect, we encourage you to place your orders before August 1st. You will still be able to purchase our Niju Ceremonial Matcha and Niju Roasted Matcha at our clients’ cafes.
If you are associated with cafes or restaurants rather than making purchases for personal use and have not received an account activation invitation email, we kindly request you to contact us at contact@hokusan.ca
If you want to make a new account, please fill out the Wholesale Application Form to register your information. We will provide instructions for setting up your account.
